The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting angiogenesis containing Ligularia fischeri as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for treating and preventing angiogenic diseases containing a Ligularia fischeri extract as an active ingredient, and to health supplement for improving and preventing angiogenic diseases.
