La composition cosmétique à texture lisse et élastique de linvention peut être fabriquée au moyen de lélastomère de silicone pulvérulent de traitement de surface et dun copolymère pour améliorer la dispersion de lélastomère de silicone. La composition cosmétique douce entre étroitement en contact avec la peau, présente une texture très élastique et une grande capacité détalement, et la poudre est plus à même de rester sur la peau.본 발명은 실리콘 엘라스토머를 함유하는 탄성을 가지는 메이크업용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 분말 타입 실리콘 엘라스토머, 파우더 체질 안료, 하이드로카본 겔, 무수 실리콘 오일 및 유기계 분산 오일을 함유하는 메이크업용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 화장료 조성물의 제조시 실리콘 엘라스토머의 분산성 개선을 위해 표면처리 분말 타입의 실리콘 엘라스토머와 고분자 공중합체를 이용하여 매끄러우면서도 말랑말랑한 탄성감이 느껴지는 메이크업용 화장료 조성물을 제조할 수 있으며, 상기 제조된 화장료 조성물은 피부에 부드럽게 밀착되며, 탄성감 및 퍼짐성이 좋으며, 가루날림이 적다.
