The present invention relates to a reconstituted artificial cancer cell, a method for preparing the reconstituted artificial cancer cell, and an anticancer composition comprising the reconstituted artificial cancer cell. In particular, the reconstituted artificial cancer cell comprises: a lipid which constitutes outer walls； an immunoactive substance； and a lysate of cancer cells.
