PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric sensor and a biological information measurement device which allow the improvement of detection sensitivity.SOLUTION: A photoelectric sensor 10 includes: a light reception side reflection member 20 having a concave mirror part 21 a support member 30 and a light emitting element and a light receiving element 60 which are mounted to the support member 30. The support member 30 includes: a reflector part 31 positioned inside an opening of the concave mirror part 21 and beam parts 41 and 42. A first surface of the reflector part 31 includes a recessed part having a bottom surface part muonted with the light emitting element and a slant surface part. A second surface of the reflector part 31 is munted with the light receiving element 60.
