The present invention relates to a system for providing an adaptive, self healing, robust and flexible architecture for utility computing environment to home and business users. More particularly, the present invention deals primarily with architectures and components involved in developing a utility computing environment that is adaptive to the network conditions, is flexible to match users requirements and has self-determination and self-healing abilities as well as maintaining, managing and monitoring the various Quality Of Service (QOS) attributes e.g. bandwidth, latency and data packet loss etc. affecting the performance of the various applications and services thereof, to ensure robustness.
