PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishhook that does not remove a fish once caught from the fishhook and easily takes away the caught fish and a fishing apparatus that uses the fishhook, automatically catches a fish and automatically removes the fish from the fishhook.SOLUTION: The fishhook 1 includes a fishhook body 10, a release-preventing crossbar 20 displaceable between an adjacent position in which the tip part of the crossbar is close to the point part of the fishhook body 10 and a separation position separated from the point part, an impelling member 30 that impels the release-preventing crossbar 20 into the separation position, a main line 3 and a subline 4. When the main line 3 is engaged with the fishhook body 10 and connected to the release-preventing crossbar 20, receives force of a fish caught by the fishhook body 10 and is provided with tension, the main line overcomes the impelling force of the impelling member 30, displaces the release-preventing crossbar 20 to the adjacent position and catches the fish. The subline 4 is connected to a connection part between a bent part and a root part of the fishhook body 10 and is provided with tension by separate means, the point part is directed downward and the fish is removed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 いったん針に掛かった魚を針から外れないようにするとともに、掛かった魚を取り外しやすくした釣り針と、その釣り針を使用した、魚を自動的に釣り上げて自動的に針から外すことのできる魚釣り装置を提供する。【解決手段】 釣り針1は、針本体10と、先端部が針本体10の針先部に近接する近接位置と離隔する離隔位置との間で変位可能な外れ止めクロスバー20と、外れ止めクロスバー20を離隔位置に付勢する付勢部材30と、主糸3及び副糸4を備える。主糸3は、針本体10に係合するとともに外れ止めクロスバー20に接続されて、針本体10にかかった魚の力を受けて張力を付与されると、付勢部材30の付勢力に打ち勝って外れ止めクロスバー20を近接位置に変位させるとともに魚を釣り上げる。副糸4は、針本体10の湾曲部と根元部のつなぎ部分に接続されており、別途の手段により張力を付与されると、針先部を下方に向けて魚を外す。【選択図】 図1
