PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food manufacturing apparatus in which a nozzle device and a shutter device can easily be attached and detached to/from a drive unit, and washing by jet water is possible, concerning the food manufacturing apparatus of a meat product, further a steamed bun or a sweet roll, etc.SOLUTION: A food manufacturing apparatus (1) includes a shutter device (6) for dividing the divided dough (P) of a required size from rod-shaped food dough (D) by opening and closing a shutter opening (63) surrounded and formed by shutter pieces. A communication hole (23) with the rod-shaped food dough (D) flowing down and penetrated vertically is included in a drive box (22). The nozzle device (5) is inserted in the communication hole (23) from the upper part and can be fixed in a predetermined position, and is included detachably to the upper surface of the drive box (22). The nozzle device (5) includes a rotating body (34) rotated in the inside thereof.
