PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a processing apparatus with a simple configuration, capable of simultaneously emitting ultrasonic waves of a plurality of different frequencies an ultrasonic device an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: A processing apparatus 200 for an ultrasonic device 100 includes: a transmission unit 210 for outputting drive signals VDR1 to VDRn to the ultrasonic device 100 and a control unit 220 for controlling the transmission unit 210. The ultrasonic device 100 has first to n-th ultrasonic element groups UEG1 to UEGn having resonance characteristics of first to n-th (n is an integer ≥2).
