The vascular prosthesis with multi-layer tubular woven structure includes two types of yarns, the yarns being a microfiber multifilament yarn with a monofilament fineness of 0.5 dtex or less as a warp yarn that mainly forms an inner layer to be in contact with a blood flow and a multifilament yarn with a monofilament fineness of 1.0 dtex or more as a warp yarn that mainly forms an outer layer, the inner layer having an apparent cover factor of 2000 or more.
