The present invention relates to an afforestation method of an inclined surface. The object of the present invention is to provide the afforestation method of the inclined surface which can stabilize an afforested slope or the inclined surface by forming an afforestation layer on the inclined surface such as a cut slop, a banking layer, a paved surface, etc.; by increasing the coupling force between the inclined surface and vegetation and improving moisture retention capacity to protect soil and seeds from dehydration or drying; and by supplying nutrients necessary for the germination and growth of seeds. The present invention forms the afforestation layer containing plant seeds by injecting or attaching the vegetation materials to the inclined surface, wherein the vegetation material includes, with respect to 100 parts by weight of vegetation protection body, 10-30 parts by weight of plant seeds, and 200-800 parts by weight of water; and the vegetation protection body includes 8-15 wt% of lignin, 7-15 wt% of humic acid, 25-43 wt% of water, 2-7 wt% of surfactant, 8-15 wt% of stabilizer, 3-8 wt% of film-former, 8-13 wt% of moisture protection material, and 10~15 wt% of collagen.본 발명은 경사면 녹화공법에 관한 것으로, 목적은 절토, 성토, 포장 등등의 경사면에 녹화막을 형성하고, 경사면과 식생의 결속력 증대 및, 수분보유 능력을 향상을 통해 탈수 또는 건조로부터 토양과 종자를 보호하며, 종자의 발아 및 생육에 필요한 영양분을 제공하여 녹화로 인한 법면 또는 경사면을 안정시킬 수 있는 경사면 녹화공법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 경사면에 식생재를 분사 취부하여 식물종자가 포함된 녹화막을 형성하되, 상기 식생재는 식생보호체 100중량부에 식물종자 10∼30중량부 및, 물 200 중량부 내지 800 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 식생보호체는 목질소(lignin) 8∼15wt%, 부식산(humic acid) 7∼15wt%, 물 25∼43wt%, 표면활성제(surfactant) 2∼7wt%, 안정제(stabilizer) 8∼15wt%, 막형성제(film-former) 3∼8wt%, 수분보호제 8∼13wt%, 교원단백(collagen) 10∼15wt% 를 포함한다.
