PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gas treatment equipment capable of efficiently processing impotence ozone.SOLUTION: The gas treatment equipment in an embodiment comprises a gas processing part, a flow formation part, an AC power supply, and first and second filters. The gas processing part comprises a plurality of laminates. The laminates comprise a dielectric substrate, first, second and third electrodes, and are arranged at an interval. The first and second electrodes are arranged on first/second principal surface of the dielectric substrate, respectively, the third electrode is arranged in the dielectric substrate. The flow formation part forms a flow of an object gas directed to the gas processing part. The AC power supply applies an AC voltage among the first, second and third electrodes, for generating a plasma induction flow of the object gas in the dielectric substrate. The first filter is arranged on an upstream side of the gas processing part, for removing an ozone.
