An interdental brush which can be easily inserted into an interdental portion and can effectively clean the interdental portion. An interdental brush provided with a brush section (4) formed by clamping filaments (3) between the strands of a twisted wire (2), a neck section (5) for holding the base end section (2a) of the wire (2), and an handle section (6) connected to the brush section (4) through the neck section (5). The filaments (3) are arranged so as to be tilted relative to the axis of the wire (2) toward the base end section (2a) side of the wire (2). The angle of the filaments (3) relative to the axis of the wire (2) on the base end (2a) side of the wire (2) is within the range of not less than 20 degrees but not greater than 60 degrees.치간부에의 삽입성이 좋고, 또한, 치간부의 청소성이 좋은 치간 브러시를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 비틀어 꼬은 와이어(2)의 각 사이에 복수의 필라멘트(3)가 끼여 지지되어 이루어지는 브러시부(4)와, 상기 와이어(2)의 기단부(2a)를 지지하는 네크부(5)와, 상기 네크부(5)를 통하여 상기 브러시부(4)와 연결된 핸들부(6)를 구비하고, 상기 와이어(2)의 축선에 대해 상기 필라멘트(3)가 상기 와이어(2)의 기단부(2a)측을 향하여 경사하여 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기 와이어의 기단부(2a)측에서, 상기 와이어(2)의 축선에 대해 상기 필라멘트(3)가 이루는 각도가, 20도 이상 60도 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
