The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus of transferring spatial information to the blind using an ultrasonic reflected sound. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus of transferring spatial information using an ultrasonic reflected sound, which solve problems of sound generation and noises by using ultrasonic waves that are not heard by other people, and which enable spatial cognition immediately when a hearer hears the stereophonic sound by proposing a technology of converting the ultrasonic waves into stereophonic sound. An apparatus of transferring spatial information according to the present invention includes: an ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving part which transmits ultrasonic waves for obtaining spatial information to surrounding space, and receives a reflected sound of ultrasonic waves which are reflected by an obstacle through at least two channels and a stereophonic sound converting part which converts the received reflected sound into an audible sound to output the audible sound.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 시각 장애인에게 초음파 반사음향을 이용하여 공간정보를 전달하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 공간정보 전달 장치는 공간정보 획득을 위한 초음파를 주변 공간에 전송하고 장애물에 의해 반사된 상기 초음파의 반사음향을 적어도 2개 이상의 채널을 통해 수신하는 초음파 송수신부 및 상기 수신된 반사음향을 가청음으로 변환하여 출력하는 입체음향 변환부를 포함할 수 있다.
