PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pants-type disposable diaper in which a ventral side outer body and a back side outer body are formed by one sheet material, and all edges of a waist and a leg opening are assumed as the crease of the sheet material, and further the front and back ends of an inner body are covered by the sheet material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a pants-type disposable diaper comprises: a step 301 of forming a flexible band by leaving a first region S1 at the middle in a CD direction in one sheet material 12S, folding back and bonding a second region S2 at both sides in the CD direction, and arranging second region resilient elastic members 15, 18, 19 therebetween a step 302 of cutting the flexible band at an intermediate position in the CD direction of the first region S1 to form a pair of divided flexible bands, and replacing the CD direction position of these divided flexible band and changing an arrangement so that the second region S2 may become the center side in the CD direction and the first region S1 may become the outside in the CD direction a step 304 of mounting an inner body 200 to the pair of divided flexible bands after changing the arrangement and forming an inner packaging assembling body and a step 305 of folding back the first region S1 in the inner packaging assembling body to the position of covering the longitudinal direction end of the inner body 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】一枚のシート材により腹側外装体及び背側外装体を形成するとともに、ウエスト及び脚開口の縁を全てシート材の折り目とし、シート材で内装体の前後端部を被覆する。【解決手段】上記課題は、一枚のシート材12SにおけるCD方向中間の第1領域S1を残してそのCD方向両側の第2領域S2を折り返して接合するとともにその間に第2領域弾性伸縮部材15,18,19を配して伸縮帯を形成する工程301と、伸縮帯を第1領域S1のCD方向中間位置で切断し一対の分割伸縮帯を形成し、これら分割伸縮帯のCD方向位置を入れ替え、第2領域S2がCD方向中央側且つ第1領域S1がCD方向外側となるように配置変更する工程302と、配置変更後の一対の分割伸縮帯に内装体200を取り付けて内装組み付け体を形成する工程304と、内装組み付け体における第1領域S1を、内装体200の前後方向端部を被覆する位置まで折り返す工程305とを含むことにより解決される。【選択図】図1
