PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow expansion and contraction in an arbitrary direction with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An expansion and contraction structure of an absorbent article has an outside sheet material 12S, an inside sheet material 12H facing one surface of the outside sheet material 12S, and a slit 12x provided for the outside sheet material 12S along a direction crossing an extraction and contraction direction.
