The group of inventions refers to the field of biological chemistry and may find production application to obtain, from the organic material, protein preparations that can be used in medicine to repress the immunity during transplanting interventions, in the treatment of endometriosis and some oncological diseases, and in veterinary. According to the technique for the production of follicular protein, the bovine follicular fluid is collected, cooled, and centrifuged after cooling to produce supernatant, which is mixed with cooled acetone, the resultant mixture is settled, then freeze-dried, and purified by repeated centrifuging to produce the lyophilized product that is dissolved in the buffer, the resultant suspension is centrifuged at 8000-10000 g for 15 - 30 min to produce supernatant that is separated by DEAE-Sepharose ion exchange chromatography, the effluent yielding at NaCl concentration of 0.11M to 0.19M in the eluting solution is collected and dialyzed against water for at least 8 hours to produce the preparation. The follicular protein preparation is obtained from bovine follicular fluid. The preparation contains serum albumin and a protein of the TGF-² family featuring inhibin ²A immune specificity, at the following ratio of their components, % by weight: - the protein of the TGF-² family featuring inhibin ²A immune specificity 0.00005 - 3.0 - serum albumin: the rest.
