Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine wässrigphysiologische Lösung eines triterpensäurehaltigen Pflanzenextraktes, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung für therapeutische Zwecke. Nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren gelingt es, triterpensäurereiche wässrigphysiologische Lösungen herzustellen, die pharmakologisch wirksame Anteile an Triterpensäuren enthalten.Preparation of aqueous triterpenic acid solution comprises (a) providing a basic aqueous triterpenic acid containing solution and (b) neutralizing the pH value of the basic triterpenic acid containing solution through addition of acid aqueous solution in the presence of stabilizing additive. An independent claim is included for an aqueous solution of a plant extract, exhibits at least a triterpenic acid and/or its derivatives, where the solution shows a pH of 5-9 in the presence of aqueous-physiological solution of triterpenic acid stabilized additive, which shows triterpenic acid content of more than 1 mu g/ml, where the stabilized additive is polysaccharide.
