Disclosed is a controller holding system for a body stimulator, which supports a controller connected to the body stimulator through a wired network or a wireless network. According to the present invention, the controller holding system comprises: a guide rail for movement of the controller； and a controller holder installed in the guide rail to be able to move in order to support the controller.
