PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heart catheter examination apparatus capable of performing correct FFP measurement.SOLUTION: A heart catheter examination apparatus includes a determination unit for determining whether or not a catheter 120 is causing semi-wedge to a coronary artery 220 based on proximal part pressure Pa detected with the use of the catheter 120. When a determination result that the catheter 120 is causing semi-wedge to the coronary artery 220 is acquired by the determination unit, the fact is presented (warned about). Thereby, a medical worker such as a doctor can be appropriately notified of the fact that the catheter 120 is causing semi-wedge to the coronary artery 220.
