The present invention relates to an acupressure actuator module of a backbone health care apparatus, wherein the acupressure actuator module is equipped at the lower portion of an acupressure part for performing acupressure on user&primes backbone to elevate the same, comprising: a rotary drive unit placed at the lower portion of the acupressure part a pinion gear installed at a drive shaft of the rotary drive unit to rotate along with the drive shaft a rack gear which is coupled to one side of the pinion gear to reciprocate vertically due to the rotation of the pinion gear and has the acupressure part at the upper portion of the rack gear a guide block which is installed at the end of the rotary drive unit to guide the movement of the rack gear when the pinion gear rotates and a detection unit which is installed at the outer side of the guide block to detect the rotary direction and rotary amount of the drive shaft.
