The present invention provides personal wash compositions comprising 1 to 40%by wt. of a surfactant system and1 to 40% by wt. of a blend of saturated and of unsaturated triglyceride oilswhere the amount of saturated triglyceride is 15 wt% to35 wt% of the blend and unsaturated is 85 wt% to 65 wt% of the blend. Theblend has an enthalpy of phase transition from 30 to60 Joule/gram and an iodine value above 80. This specific formulation providesfunctional benefits and perfect balance between,on the one hand, spreadability and deposition and, on the other hand,retention of excellent foaming (at least 70% of the value ofthe same composition where the unsaturated triglyceride is used instead of theblend).
