PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly hold a syringe while the syringe is easily attached and detached.
SOLUTION: A syringe adapter 300 includes a flange lock member 320 constituting a part of a flange receiver and formed U-shaped on the whole and a base member 310 supporting a cylinder 210 of the syringe 200. The flange lock member 320 is provided with a pair of locking claws 324 formed at the terminal end of the cylinder 210 to hold a cylinder flange 211. The locking claws 324 hold the cylinder flange 211 by turning the cylinder flange 211 received by the flange receiver and clamping the same from both sides in the inserting direction of the cylinder flange 211 to keep its turned attitude.
