An intraocular lens includes an optic, which includes a first lens having a first optical axis for alignment with an optical axis of the human eye having a macula； and a second lens having a second optical axis. The second optical axis and the first optical axis enclose an angle between 0.5 and 10 degrees. The first and second lens are arranged next to one another in a direction transverse to the first optical axis to provide no overlap in a direction along the first optical axis such that the first lens and the second lens each, independent from one another, image onto the macula of the eye. The angle and a direction of the second optical axis are chosen such that the second lens images onto a functional part of the macula of the human eye, which functional part is not compromised by a defect, such as a scotoma.La présente invention concerne une lentille intraoculaire qui comprend une optique, qui comprend une première lentille (4) ayant un premier axe optique (R4) pour l'alignement sur un axe optique de l'œil humain ayant une macule ； et une seconde lentille (6) ayant un second axe optique (R6), ledit second axe optique et ledit premier axe optique formant un angle de 0 à 10 degrés. La première lentille et la seconde lentille sont disposées l'une à côté de l'autre dans une direction transversale au premier axe optique pour ne fournir aucun chevauchement dans une direction le long du premier axe optique de sorte que chacune de la première lentille optique et de la seconde lentille optique, indépendamment l'une de l'autre, produisent une image sur la macula de l'œil. L'angle et une direction du second axe optique sont choisis de manière à ce que la seconde lentille produise une image sur une partie fonctionnelle de la macula de l'œil humain, ladite partie fonctionnelle n'étant pas compromise par un défaut, tel qu'un scotome.
