A securing assembly for a medical device is provided that includes a housing having a cap at a first end and an opening at a second end spaced by an annular wail, the housing for covering a port on a medical device with the opening at the first end. A stem arrangement is integrally molded with and extending from the housing. The stem arrangement comprises a planar body and a barb strip having a plurality of barbs. A locking tab is integrally molded with and radially extending from the housing. The locking tab comprises a funnel port for one-way passage of the plurality of barbs, such that passage of at least one barb of the plurality of barbs is configured to lock the securing assembly to a medical device.Linvention concerne un ensemble de fixation pour un dispositif médical qui comprend un boîtier ayant un capuchon à une première extrémité et une ouverture à une seconde extrémité, espacées par une paroi annulaire, le boîtier servant à couvrir un orifice sur un dispositif médical, louverture étant à la première extrémité.
