PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture appliance for a living body, can suture the gastric wall and the abdominal wall more easily than by a conventional suturing method in the endoscopic gastrostomy.
SOLUTION: The suture appliance includes two puncture needles into which a suture thread can be inserted a holder part for holding the two puncture needles parallel with a prescribed distance in-between two suture threads of 2-2.5 m in length, whose distal ends are inserted into the respective puncture needles and a storage part for storing the two suture threads in such a way as can be stored/taken out. The two suture threads are captured by a snare inserted into an endoscope, and can be ligated after drawn out of the living body.
