PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus which is prevented from reduction in accuracy of separation of pulse components and noise components from a measured signal containing noise due to body movement even though the amount of venous blood at a measurement portion varies.SOLUTION: The signal processing apparatus includes: an acquisition means which acquires a primary measurement signal which receives primary-wavelength light, and a secondary measurement signal which receives secondary-wavelength light each based on the quantity of the received light which is passed through or reflected by a living body respectively, during a primary measurement period as a period of measuring the pulse wave of the living body, and a secondary measurement period more strongly influenced by the body movement of the living body than the primary measurement period an extraction means which extracts each of signals of a primary frequency component in a frequency band indicating predetermined pulse, and a secondary frequency component in a band having frequency lower than the primary frequency component from the primary measurement signal and the secondary measurement signal during the primary measurement period and the secondary measurement period and a separation means which separates the pulse components and the noise components included in the primary measurement signal and the secondary measurement signal during the secondary measurement period utilizing a primary coefficient and a secondary coefficient indicating correlation between the secondary measurement signal and the primary measurement signal based on respective signal rows of the primary frequency component and the secondary frequency component during the primary measurement period and the secondary measurement period.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】計測部位の静脈血量が変化しても、体動によるノイズが含まれている測定信号から脈動成分とノイズ成分とを分離する精度の低下を抑制する。【解決手段】信号処理装置は、生体の脈波測定期間である第1測定期間と、第1測定期間より生体の体動の影響を受けている第2測定期間とにおける、生体を透過又は反射した第1の波長の光と第2の
