PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glucanase enzyme-containing dentifrice composition in which the residence time of the glucanase enzyme in an oral cavity is increased to enhance plaque removing ability, and which is excellent in enzyme stability in a dentifrice composition, excellent in formability of a dentifrice, excellent in a foaming property during brushing of teeth and resistance against liquid separation with time, and also excellent in an anticaries effect.SOLUTION: The glucanase enzyme-containing dentifrice composition includes (A) 0.02-0.2 mass% of a cationic polymer, (B) 0.4-1.6 mass% of a fatty acid amide propylbetaine with a 12C-14C fatty acid, and (C) 0.5-3 mass% of at least one selected from hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, and methyl cellulose. The mass ratio of the ingredient (C)/ingredient (A) is 10-100.
