The present invention relates to an apparatus to adjust the RPM of a rake reel for a combine. According to the present invention, the apparatus adjusts the RPM of a rake reel (110) for a combine, which is rotatably supported on a cutting unit by a rotary shaft, comprising: a rake reel pulley (114) installed on an external side end unit of the rotary shaft of the rake reel a variable pulley (130) including a first pulley unit (132) connected to the rake reel pulley by a belt to provide power for the rotation of the rake reel and to be fixated and a second pulley unit (134) axially movable for a certain section towards the first pulley unit, which rotates at the same speed and a transport means which makes the second pulley unit of the variable pulley go close to the first pulley unit. By the transport unit, a low-speed power is transferred to the rake reel pulley when the second pulley unit moves away from the first pulley unit, and a high-speed power is transferred to the rake reel pulley when the second pulley unit goes close to the first pulley unit.
