The present invention provides a driving device capable of selectively performing cutting work synchronized with vehicle speed and separete constant-speed cutting work. The driving device comprises: an engine having an output shaft with a first and a second driving pulley； an HST having an HST input shaft to receive power from the first driving pulley via a belt； a transmission to receive power via an output shaft of the HST, and transfer an output by a gear-shifting means including an internal shaft to an axle； a first cutting unit driving pulley installed by interposing a one-way clutch on the internal shaft extended to the outside of the transmission； a countershaft belt-connected to the second driving pulley to receive power, provided with a countershaft pulley and a second cutting unit driving pulley installed thereon, and installed to transfer power for work of a combine； a cutting input shaft having a first cutting unit driven pulley to receive power via a belt from the first cutting unit driving pulley and a second cutting unit driven pulley to receive power via a belt from the second driving unit driving pulley to drive a cutting unit； a first tension clutch which is installed on the belt connecting the first cutting unit driving pulley and the first cutting unit driven pulley, and regulates power by adjusting tension of the belt； and a second tension clutch which is installed on the belt connecting the second cutting unit driving pulley and the second cutting unit driven pulley, and regulates power by adjusting tension of the belt.
