PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiviral, antiallergic and anti-gas agent comprising a mixed solution of a platinum nanocolloid solution and an organogermanium nanocolloid solution as a main component and a method for adsorbing and immobilizing an antiviral, antiallergic and anti-gas agent to a carrier (the carrier is nonwoven fabric, glass, stainless steel or various polymers) by adsorbing and immobilizing an organogermanium nanocolloid solution to the carrier and treating the carrier with a platinum nanocolloid solution.SOLUTION: A platinum nanocolloid solution and an organogermanium solution are immobilized and their inactivation activities are enhanced. The carrier to which an antiviral, antiallergic and anti-gas agent is immobilized prevents human and other organisms from virus particles, toxic protein, allergen, gas, etc., floating in air and in water before infection. In this case, though a platinum nanocolloid solution and an organogermanium solution are simultaneously mixed and used, a synergistic effect is further enhanced when an organogermanium solution is adsorbed and immobilized to a carrier and then the carrier is treated with a platinum nanocolloid solution.
