According to an embodiment, a medical ultrasound generation apparatus comprises: a case unit having an internal space into which fat is sucked together with skin； a suction unit which is connected to the case unit and sucks the skin and the fat by decompressing the internal space； a suction measurement unit which is installed in the case unit and measures the degree of the skin and the fat sucked to the inside of the case unit； a control unit which controls operation of the suction unit and receives a measured value of the suction measurement unit； and an ultrasound generation unit which is operated by a control signal of the control unit and irradiates the fat sucked into the internal space with ultrasound waves. The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate the removal of fat without causing injury to a human body by preventing ultrasound energy from being transmitted to undesired areas such as internal organs, bones and the like in the human body.일 실시예에 따르는 의료용 초음파 발생장치는 피부와 함께 지방이 흡입되는 내측공간을 구비하는 케이스부, 상기 케이스부에 연결되며, 상기 내측공간을 감압하여 상기 피부와 상기 지방을 흡입시키는 흡입부, 상기 케이스부에 설치되며, 상기 피부와 상기 지방이 상기 케이스부의 내측에 흡입된 정도를 측정하는 흡입측정부, 상기 흡입부의 동작을 제어하며 상기 흡입측정부의 측정값을 전달받는 제어부 및 상기 제어부의 제어신호로 동작되며 상기 내측공간에 흡입된 상기 지방에 초음파를 조사하는 초음파발생부를 포함한다.
