A method is provided for making a medicine. At first, fluoride ion (F-18) is adsorbed on an ion exchange resin to be rinsed to a reaction vessel with potassium carbonate. Then, a fluorinating agent is added to the reaction vessel to be heated up. After processing an azeotropic reaction with helium while water is removed, the temperature is cooled down. Then, acetonitrile is added to the reaction vessel to be heated up. After processing an azeotropic reaction with helium again while water is removed, the temperature is cooled down and excess water is extracted. A precursor is added to the reaction vessel to be heated up. Then, the pressure is increased to process a fluorination reaction. The reactants obtained after the fluorination reaction is cooled down to be flown to a waste trough through a solid-phase extraction column. Then, ethanol is used to wash out a product, i.e. [F-18]FEONM, adsorbed by the column. Thus, the product is obtained to be collected in a collecting trough. Hence, the present invention fabricates a medicine for treating Alzheimers disease while the medicine is easily fabricated, the time for fabrication is saved and production is improved.一種[F-18]FEONM製程,其步驟包括:(A)將吸附於離子交換樹脂之氟離子(F-18)以碳酸鉀沖洗至反應槽中;(B)加入氟化劑至反應槽,升溫至75~115℃之間,與氦氣進行共沸排除水分後,降溫至40~60℃之間;(C)加入乙腈(Acetonitrile)至反應槽,升溫至75~115℃之間,與氦氣進行第二次共沸排除水分後,降溫至40~60℃之間,並抽除多餘之水分;(D)加入前驅物至反應槽,升溫至90~130℃之間,並加壓進行氟化反應10~20分鐘;以及(E)將氟化後之反應物降溫至40~60℃之間,流經固相萃取管柱到廢液槽,再以乙醇沖洗吸附於管柱上之成品,並且於成品收集槽中收集成品[F-18]FEONM。藉此,本發明可使治療阿茲海默氏病(Alzheimer’s Disease)之[F-18]FEONM藥物,達到易於製作、節省製作時間以及提高產量之功效。11‧‧‧步驟(A)離子交換12‧‧‧步驟(B)第一次共沸反應13‧‧‧步驟(C)第二次共沸反應14‧‧‧步驟(D)氟化反應15‧‧‧步驟(E)純化
