PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic image processing apparatus and a program each of which allows for easy performing of a series of processing since detection of an abnormal region to identification of a three-dimensional position of the abnormal region.SOLUTION: According to a diagnostic console 3, a control part 31 detects an abnormal region of a subject from a radiographed dynamic image.
