This invention is related to a thermal film. The thermal film includes a plurality of thermal cell which arranged as an array type. The edge of each adjacent thermal cell is connected, and each adjacent thermal cell could be separated etch other. The thermal cell includes a bottom layer, an interval layer, an out layer, a thermal material, a closed ventilation layer and a coating layer. The out layer is covered on the top of the interval layer to form a housing space. The closed ventilation layer is to wrap up the thermal material and place into the housing space. The coating layer is coated on the bottom surface of the interval layer by using a biochemistry material. This disclosure can be more attached to the parts of the body.
