PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical catheter tube that is suitable for diameter reduction, and enables a back-loaded guide wire to be protruded from a base end side opening more smoothly.SOLUTION: A catheter tube 20 includes a tip side tube 21 of a single lumen, and a base end side tube 22 of a single lumen. In a mode that a lumen 25 of the tip side tube 21 and a lumen 26 of the base end side tube 22 are communicated with each other, the tip side tube 21 and the base end side tube 22 are connected to each other. A guide wire port 27 that is open to the outside is provided in the tip side tube 21.
