PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter device capable of inserting a guide wire in a target branch pipe while suppressing the impact on a human body.SOLUTION: A catheter device 10 comprises a catheter main body 20 including a first lumen 21, a second lumen 22 and a third lumen 23. The first lumen 21 extends from a base end part to a tip part of the catheter main body. The second lumen 22 includes: a protrusion opening 22a at a place closer to the base end part than the tip part of the catheter main body and an operation wire 40 inserted therein. The tip part of the operation wire 40 is protruded from the protrusion opening 22a and is fastened at the tip part of the catheter main body so that the tip part of the catheter main body can be bent by pushing or pulling the operation wire 40. The third lumen 23 terminates with an opening at a section between the protruding opening 22a and the fastening part of the catheter main body 20.
