PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical package with which a sterilized product and an unsterilized product are simply distinguished from each other in the production process, and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: The medical package includes: a container body 28 to house medical containers a bacteria-impermeable sheet member 32 to seal an opening 36 of the container body 28 a sterilized bag 16 which houses the container body 28 and is bacteria-impermeable and a plastic label 18 which is stuck to the sterilized bag 16 and has an indicator 58 which indicates whether the sterilization treatment is conducted or not. The sterilized bag 16 has a first planar part 52 which faces the opening 36 and is nearly planar and a second planar part 54 which faces a bottom 34 and is nearly planar.
