PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inducing and trapping flying insects which economically and effectively captures targeted flying insects using an ultraviolet light-emitting diode as a light source, thus having such advantages that the apparatus itself is small-sized/lightweight, simple to carry/install/transfer/store, needs no large area for its occupation in its storage, leading to reducing labor for its inspection/maintenance, etc. and cutting expenditure burden.SOLUTION: The apparatus for inducing and trapping flying insects includes a power source unit composed of a solar cell panel, a condenser and a power switch, a light source unit composed of a lighting part with a light-emitting diode as light source and a flying insect collision plate, and an insect-trapping unit composed of a trap and a capturing cage.
