According to an aspect, a pharmaceutical composition, a kit for preventing or treating cystic diseases, and a method for preventing or treating cystic diseases using the same are provided. According to this, the cyst can be safely and simply removed, recurrence can be prevented, and side effects can be minimized. Also provided are methods of screening candidate agents for preventing or treating cystic disease. According to this, the candidate substance effective for removing the cyst can be screened by simulating the microenvironment of the actual cyst.일 양상에 따른 낭성(cystic) 질환을 예방 또는 치료하기 위한 약학적 조성물, 키트, 및 이를 이용한 낭성 질환을 예방 또는 치료하는 방법을 제공한다. 이에 의하면, 낭종을 안전하고 간단하게 제거하고 재발을 방지할 수 있고, 부작용을 최소화할 수 있다. 또한, 낭성 질환을 예방 또는 치료하기 위한 후보 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법을 제공한다. 이에 의하면 실제 낭종의 미세환경을 모사하여 낭종 제거에 유효한 후보 물질을 스크리닝할 수 있다.
