PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirabegron-containing tablet that maintains an amorphous state of mirabegron even it is stored for a long period of time, and also provide a mirabegron-containing pharmaceutical preparation, a manufacturing method of the mirabegron-containing pharmaceutical preparation and a manufacturing method of a mirabegron-containing granulated product in which generation of analogous substance is suppressed when being stored, and purity of mirabegron can be maintained.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a mirabegron-containing pharmaceutical preparation containing mirabegron, hypromellose and polyvinyl pyrrolidone.
