Disclosed are a blood filtering apparatus and a blood separation apparatus comprising the same. The blood filtering apparatus comprises: a chamber which includes first and second connection pipes which have internal spaces for accommodating blood and are formed on both external sides； a first filter which is included inside the chamber and has a plurality of openings； and a second filter which is included in one side of the first filter and has a plurality of denser openings than that of the first filter. Such blood separation apparatus including the blood filtering apparatus has one or more accommodation spaces to accommodate blood inside and includes a blood separation kit having combination units on at least one of upper and lower ends and sides. In the combination unit, the blood filtering apparatus for filtering and injecting blood into the blood separation kit is combined. The blood filtering apparatus is identical to the blood filtering apparatus. By using the blood filtering apparatus, blood filtration can be immediately performed while collecting blood from human body or injecting blood into the human body.
