A frying cover hitting device according to the present invention comprises: an interworking conversion frame which operates in connection with a transfer chain transferring a frying cover to convert a horizontal motion of the transfer chain to a vertical reciprocating motion； and a hitting rod which is operated in a vertical reciprocating motion by the interworking conversion frame. The interworking conversion frame includes, on one side front end thereof, a contact unit contacting the transfer chain, and the other side end is configured to be supported in a freely rotatable manner. Further, the frying cover hitting device comprises: an auxiliary frame which is disposed in parallel to the interworking conversion frame and has one side end rotatably supported； and a connection rode which connects the interworking conversion frame and the auxiliary frame to each other. In particular, one side end of the hitting rod is affixed to the interworking conversion frame, and the other side end of the hitting rod is affixed to the auxiliary frame. The contact unit of the interworking conversion frame is in a wedge form and is configured to be introduced between adjacent connection pins, the connection pins being introduced between both plates constituting the transfer chain to be placed between the both plates. A front end of the contact unit of the interworking conversion frame is formed in a round shape that is not sharp and has a predetermined radius of curvature.
