The present invention relates to a safety syringe having a double chamber so as to allow an injection solution and an injection agent to be stored in a separated state, and capable of preventing the occurrence of an accident due to a syringe needle after injection. The safety syringe according to the present invention comprises: a cylinder having an internal space into which an injection agent is injected, and having a discharge hole which is formed at the tip thereof to allow the injection agent to be discharged therethrough； a pressurizing part including a pressurizing packing which is inserted into the cylinder to pressurize the injection agent filled in the cylinder toward the discharge hole, and including an extension rod which extends from the pressurizing packing to the outside of the cylinder； a syringe needle inserted into a patient′s skin to inject the injection agent discharged through the discharge hole into the patient′s skin； and a head unit installed at the tip of the cylinder to support the syringe needle.
