SOLUTION: A compound represented by the formula: A1-A2-A3-W-A4-R that exhibits spawning activity and/or sperm-ejecting activity and a labeled compound thereof are provided. In the formula, R is OH or NH2 A1is an asparagine residue, a pyroglutamic acid residue or a glutamine residue, preferably an asparagine residue A2is a glycine residue, an alanine residue, a valine residue, a leucine residue or an isoleucine residue, preferably a glycine residue or an alanine residue, more preferably a glycine residue A3is a leucine residue or an isoleucine residue W is a tryptophan residue and A4is a tyrosine residue or a phenylalanine residue, preferably a tyrosine residue.
