PURPOSE: An automatic vegetable supplying apparatus is provided to reduce an unnecessary double task of a worker for removing Chinese cabbages from boxes. CONSTITUTION: An automatic vegetable supplying apparatus comprises the following: an insertion/discharging device(10) grabbing and rotating boxes for automatically discharging vegetables, collecting the discharged vegetables without damaging, and discharging the empty boxes； a box insertion device(1) transferring the boxes to a conveyor； an elevator(2) elevating the boxes using a lifter； a carrier(5) including a hanger for holding and moving the boxes； a box transfer device(8) transferring the box back to the conveyor； a box rotating unit(30) rotating the box upside down for discharging the vegetables to the lower side； a cylinder(32) rotating box jigs(31,31`) for rotating the box； a stopper(35a) operating as a rotation center of the box jigs； and a box discharge unit(50).본 발명은 야채처리설비장치를 순차적으로 수행되는 일련의 공정을 갖도록 자동화하고, 야채를 담고 이송된 박스(B)를 잡아 회전시켜 박스(B)에 담긴 야채를 자동으로 쏟아내고, 쏟아진 야채를 손상없이 모아 다음 단계로 이송하며, 빈 박스(B)를 별도의 이송라인으로 보내 배출시키는 공정을 연속 수행할 수 있는 투입배출기(10)를 적용함으로써, 여러 단계를 거쳐 이동되는 야채 손상을 최소화하면서 전체적인 공정을 자동으로 빠르게 수행함은 물론, 작업자의 불필요한 작업을 없애 생산성을 크게 높일 수 있는 특징을 갖는다.
