PURPOSE: An automation equipment system for a seedling process is provided to load seeding beds in a multistage type during germination and hasten the growth of plants. CONSTITUTION: A seedling box conveying unit (100) takes in a seedling box (1) and transfers the seedling box while the seedling box is settled on a raising seedling bed (2). A transferring direction control unit converts the transferring direction of the seedling bed. After a seedling bed transport unit loads the seedling bed in a multistage type, the seedling bed is germinated at a germination room and exported successively. A load stock (110) includes a settlement frame in the top of the conveyor. The seedling bed is slidably mounted at an upper part of a transport unit (120). A movement control part (130) controls the stop or transfer possible state of the seedling box. A transmission transport unit (140) transfers the seedling boxes to the seedling bed on the transport unit. An exhaustion transport unit (150) takes the seedling box to be transferred according to the transport unit.본 발명에 의하면, 외부에서 전달받은 육묘상자를 육묘베드에 안착되도록 상기 육묘상자를 반입하고, 상기 육묘베드 상에 안착된 상태로 상기 육묘상자를 이송시키는 육묘상자 이송유닛； 상기 육묘상자 이송유닛에 의해 이송된 상기 육묘베드의 이송방향을 전환시키는 이송방향 전환유닛； 상기 이송방향 전환유닛으로부터 방향 전환된 상기 육묘베드를 끌어당겨 다단으로 적재 후, 발아실에서 발아시킨 다음 순차적으로 반출시키는 육묘베드 운반유닛； 및 상기 육묘베드 운반유닛으로부터 반출된 상기 육묘베드를 내부로 반입시켜 상부에 탑재하고 녹화실로 배출되도록 이송시키는 육묘베드 이송 및 배출 유닛을 포함하는 육묘공정 자동화 설비 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 육묘공정 자동화 설비 시스템은, 재배작물을 다단으로 적재하고 동시에 발아가 가능하여, 재배작물을 대량으로 재배하는 데에 있어 면적대비 수확량 측면에서 매우 효율적인 효과가 있다. 또한, 각 재배구간마다 이송, 선회 및 승강의 작업수단을 적용하여 육묘베드의 재배과정에서의 작업자의 노동력을 감소시켜 작업능률을 향상시키는 장점이 있다.
