PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic which exhibits natural color with a translucent feeling, can be spread smoothly and can be easily gradated, has a dry feeling of use, and is also excellent in unevenness correction effect and temporal stability of the skin surface.SOLUTION: A makeup cosmetic contains the following component (a)-(d): (a) 0.05-5 mass% of partial cross-linked organopolysiloxane polymer (b) liquid silicone oil (c) 20-50 mass% of silicone resin powders and (d) nylon powders.
