PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture a screw shaft that has a spiral blade including a flow passage continued inside.SOLUTION: A part of a blade side flow passage 6b is constituted into a spiral shape on an outer peripheral surface, and a circular cross sectional rotational shaft 4 having a recess groove 9a whose bottom surface is positioned radial inside with respect to the outer peripheral surface is formed. A spiral blade 5 covering the recess groove 9a is formed along the recess groove 9a, and the blade side flow passage 6b is formed inside.
