PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions that can maintain anti-oxidant action of Olea europaea L. extract.SOLUTION: We found out that compositions containing a phenylpropanoid glycoside, catechol compound, and Olea europaea L. extract in a specific ratio, or compositions in which Olea europaea L. fruit-juice extract and Olea europaea L. pulp extract are mixed as an Olea europaea L. extract can maintain anti-oxidant action of Olea europaea L. extract unexpectedly. By the present invention, it became possible to provide an Olea europaea L. extract composition with high commodity value.
