Disclosed is an air conditioning system for low-temperature-type mushroom cultivation. To this end, an air conditioning system for low-temperature-type mushroom cultivation is provided, the air conditioning system comprising: first and second cold/warm air blowers installed in delimited regions of a mushroom cultivation building, respectively, so as to selectively blow cold air and warm air thermometers for measuring the temperatures of the regions, in which the cold/warm air blowers are installed, respectively and a control box connected to respective cold/warm air blowers and to respective thermometers so as to sense the temperatures of respective regions and configured such that, when a temperature actually measured by a thermometer reaches a target temperature, the cold or warm air output operation of the first and second cold/warm air blowers is switched to the opposite and, when a temperature actually measured in a region, in which each cold/warm air blower is installed, reaches a preset deviation temperature, the output operation of the cold/warm air blower installed in the corresponding region is re-switched to the opposite. A transparent heating substrate having excellent economic merits can be fabricated through a simple process.
